Ambala Foundation is Registered with the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh as a National Non-Profit Development Organization or NGO. There are various lawa and rules for various types of Not for Profit Organization Registrations. Different authorities control different type of registrations. Ambala Foundation is registered with the Directorate of Social Services as the main Registration of the Organization.

NGO Affairs Bureau regulates the foreign donation/funded projects and their fund clearance.

Micro credit Regulatory Authority controls and regulates the Micro-finance Programs in Bangladesh.

Directorate of Youth Development lists the organizations who work for the youth development.

We have 04 Registration Certificates with the above 04 Government Authorities.

Local and National Government Authorities also monitor our Programs Regularly. Deputy Commissioner (DC) and Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) are responsible at District and Sub District (Upazila) level for monitoring the NGO activities on behalf of the Government. Ambala Foundation has to submit the progress reports to the Government at a regular basis.
